Hola!

Sorry for the technical difficulties there, I know this site was down for the first few days of the trip. For those of you that are still with me here just hold on a little bit longer and I will fill you in on everything that is going on when I get a chance. This will likely be a few more days as we will be travelling through the Andes to the tourist town of Cuzco (the base station for Machu Pichu).

For now, just know that I am safe and experiencing many new things every minute. Right now I am actually 4 hours south of Lima in a little town called Pisco, which is celebrating a local festival. It is past 1am here and the town is still boisterous, with music streaming into the hostel. This isn{t good as we{re leaving for an ocean expedition of sorts in the early morning.
